I kicked off with comprehensive user research, including 30 in-depth interviews, anonymous surveys, and journey mapping sessions to identify key pain points like buried notifications and rigid calendars.

Creative challenges
This informed low-fidelity wireframes sketched in Figma, evolving into interactive high-fidelity prototypes with micro-interactions for smoother flows, such as swipe-to-approve budgets.

Iterative usability testing with 20 diverse users (via UserTesting.com) uncovered issues like thumb-zone navigation gaps, leading to refinements that slashed average task time from 4.2 to 2.5 minutes, a 40% improvement while boosting satisfaction from 62% to 90% (SUS scores).
